About our products
Do your products bleach or lighten the skin?
No. We do not make bleaching products. Our products are designed to help fade the look of dark marks and even out the look of skin tone, not to change your natural skin colour. Every ingredient is listed on the label and on our website.
Who formulates your products?
Every product is formulated for melanin-rich skin by Dr Kathryn Limo, a medical doctor who leads our skin clinic in Labone, Accra.
How long until I see results?
Results vary from person to person. Skin often feels cleaner and softer quickly, but dark marks, texture and fine lines change gradually. Use your routine consistently, protect your skin from the sun, and judge your progress over months rather than days.
Do I need sunscreen?
Yes. Use sun protection every morning. Sun exposure makes dark marks darker, and retinol makes skin more sensitive to the sun.
Can I use your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some of our products, including Retinol Gel and every kit except the Starter Kit, contain retinol, which is not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please message us before starting any new routine and we will suggest suitable products.
Are your products suitable for teenagers?
Yes. The Starter Kit is designed as a simple first routine for teenagers with mild acne.
I have sensitive skin. Where should I start?
Introduce one product at a time. If redness, stinging or dryness lasts, stop and contact us, or book a consultation.
Choosing a kit
- Starter Kit: teenagers, mild acne and tight budgets
- Dark Spot Kit: dark marks and uneven tone, with only occasional pimples
- Premium Kit: regular pimples and dark marks together
- Smooth Skin Care Kit: rough, bumpy or dull-feeling skin on the face and body
- Anti-ageing Kit: fine lines, dullness and uneven tone

My acne is painful, deep or leaving scars. Will a kit be enough?
Painful or scarring acne should be assessed by a doctor. Book a consultation at our Accra clinic and we will recommend the right plan for you.
Delivery and orders
Do you deliver across Ghana?
Yes, we deliver nationwide using trusted third-party couriers. Within Accra, orders are delivered by Bolt, Uber or Yango. For other regions, we send orders by bus courier.
How long does delivery take?
Within Accra, orders received by 12 noon are sent out the same day, and orders received after 12 noon are sent out the next day. Outside Accra, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days. Delivery times are a guide only and can vary with our courier partners.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on your location and the courier used. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout, or we will confirm them with you before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier details with you. For any questions about your order, WhatsApp us. See our full shipping policy.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Report it to us within 3 days of delivery and return the product to us for verification. Once we have verified the damage, we will replace it. WhatsApp us with your order number and a photo to start. See our full returns policy.
